We want you to be happy with your Qtpiee purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order or experience an issue with the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the return period may vary for certain products, so we recommend checking the individual product page before placing your order.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
Tip: We recommend recording a clear packaging/unboxing video while opening your parcel. This can help us review and resolve any issue with your order more quickly.

- Clips, Hairbands & Hair Accessories

Quality Check & Refund
Once your returned item is picked up, it will go through a quality inspection.
If the returned product meets our return requirements and is approved, your refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours after the quality check.
You may try on the product, but please make sure it is not damaged, stained, altered, or otherwise affected during the process.
Refund Process
1.Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, the approved refund will be credited back to the same payment method or source account used to place the order.
2.Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a refund link via SMS and email on your registered contact details.
The refund link will generally be sent within 24–48 hours after the return has been picked up.
