You can cancel your Qtpiee order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please go to the Orders section and select the order or item you would like to cancel.
For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, after your package has been delivered, you may submit a return and refund request in accordance with our Return Policy.
